Service Engagement Terms
A project starts with an inquiry and a written quote. Neither creates an obligation until both sides approve a project agreement. The agreement sets the scope, milestones, delivery format, schedule, payment terms, and acceptance process.
Custom art and development work may include match-3 interfaces, Aztec-inspired UI systems, 3D assets, icons, mobile mockups, or app store preview designs. Only the items named in the agreement are included.
Payment and ownership
Payment milestones are due on the dates in the project agreement. Once the agreed balance is paid in full, the client receives the ownership or licence rights stated there. Baldwin Match-3 retains rights to pre-existing tools, methods, and portfolio display materials unless the agreement says otherwise.
Revisions and cancellation
The agreement defines the included revision rounds. New directions, added screens, or changed requirements may change the quote and schedule. Either party may request cancellation under the written notice and payment rules in the agreement.
Keep feedback consolidated and timely. A delayed approval can move a delivery date.
03 / Reasonable limits
Limitation of Liability
Baldwin Match-3 works to keep website information current, but service descriptions, examples, dates, and availability can change. The website is provided on an "as available" basis, without a promise that every page will be complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
To the extent allowed by law, Baldwin Match-3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages connected with website access or a service inquiry. For paid services, any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, unless a signed project agreement states a different limit.
Events outside reasonable control. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events such as outages, natural disasters, government action, illness, or other circumstances that could not reasonably be controlled. The affected party should give notice and resume work when practical.
