Baldwin Match-3

About Baldwin Match-3

The Legend Behind the Golden Screens

From pyramids to pixels, we have made mobile adventures since 2016. Our Hialeah team brings Aztec storytelling, polished interaction design, and premium 3D graphics to match-3 games.

We are Florida game developers who care about the moment a player taps a tile, opens a chest, or sees a new relic appear.

Our track record

A small studio with a long memory for detail.

The studio began after former AAA mobile art leads saw the same problem in casual games: strong mechanics buried under generic screens. We set out to give every tap a sense of place.

Studio milestones

The Trail Through the Emerald Jungle

Each project added a sharper production habit. The Aztec UI design process grew from a visual idea into a dependable screen system.

2016

A better answer to generic UI

The founding team started in Hialeah to give casual games stronger visual identity and clearer player paths.

2018

A 400-screen match-3 system

Our first major match-3 client needed an Aztec theme at scale. We built reusable frames, menus, maps, and reward states.

2020

Depth beyond the interface

3D relics, jungle environments, golden sun discs, and App Store preview art joined our UI production work.

2023

A flexible remote studio

With more than 80 projects behind us, the Hialeah team now works across Unity, Unreal, Cocos2d, and global publisher pipelines.

The people behind the pixels

The Architects of the Lost Relics

Four disciplines meet in every screen review. Our multicultural mobile game art team speaks the language of concept art, engine constraints, player testing, and store performance.

Small crew. Clear ownership. Fast feedback.

Store Preview Specialist

Santara Tradd

Santara tests the first five seconds of a store visit and turns features into clear preview sequences. Favourite myth: the sun stone as a record of time and renewal.

Our production framework

How We Forge Screen Gold

Good-looking art must survive a real build. We keep discovery, prototyping, asset delivery, and iteration connected from the first call.

Source files arrive organised for your team, with naming rules and engine-ready exports.

01. Discovery and research

We map your player journey, review game metrics, and inspect the screens that cause confusion. The result is a short creative brief with priorities your team can approve.

02. Visual direction

We build moodboards around respectful Mesoamerican references, emerald-and-gold colour decisions, readable type, and the emotional beat each screen needs to create.

03. UI production

Interactive Figma and Unity prototypes become reusable asset libraries, responsive layouts, icon states, and tested transitions. Every component has a job.

04. Delivery and iteration

You receive organised source files, store preview layouts, and a clear handoff. After launch, we can review player behaviour and refine the screens that matter most.

The rules we keep

What Guides Our Quest

Our standards are practical. They show up in the file structure, the tap target, and the conversation when a design needs to change.

Player emotion comes first

A reward should feel bright, a locked path should feel clear, and a difficult moment should never feel confusing.

Culture deserves care

We research Mesoamerican references with care and avoid turning living cultures into decoration. Meaning guides the visual choice.

Pixel-level discipline

Icons align, layers are named, and 3D materials hold up across bright phones and dark environments.

Plain communication

You get direct progress updates, visible decisions, and a contact who knows the project rather than a handoff maze.
